Flowstate Apparel is operated by MartinKDesigns LLC. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful.

Where we ship

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. We are not accepting international shipping orders, including orders to Hong Kong, at this time.

Free standard U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is free on all products shipped to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. There is no minimum order amount and no discount code is required. Shipping availability for other U.S. addresses is determined at checkout; please contact us before ordering if your address is not accepted.

If an expedited shipping option is offered at checkout, its price will be shown before you pay. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping does not shorten production time.

Production and delivery estimates

Most orders take approximately 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Standard shipping from a U.S. fulfillment location typically takes approximately 3–8 business days after shipment. Products fulfilled outside the U.S. can take approximately 5–20 business days in transit. The fulfillment location and delivery time vary by product and availability; ordering from a U.S. store does not mean every item is produced or shipped from the U.S.

Please check any product-specific delivery estimate shown on the product page or at checkout. An estimated arrival date includes the expected production and transit time; do not add production time again to a displayed arrival date. Estimates are not guaranteed. Holidays, high order volume, weather, carrier disruptions, and customs processing can cause delays. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking and separate packages

When your order ships, we will email your shipping confirmation and available tracking information. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package. Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different dates. There is no additional standard shipping charge for split shipments.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately with your order number. Because orders enter production automatically, we cannot guarantee that an address change or cancellation will be possible. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us so we can review the situation and explain any available options and costs before arranging a reshipment.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please check with your household, neighbors, and carrier, and contact us for assistance.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Replacement and refund details are in our Return and Refund Policy. These timeframes do not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Please contact Flowstate Apparel before returning an item.
