Returns and refunds

Flowstate Apparel is operated by Martin K Designs LLC. Our products are made on demand and fulfilled by Printful. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or customer-selected incorrect sizes or colors. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering.

Problems with your order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact empower.flowstate@gmail.com promptly and within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and relevant packaging or labels. Receiving a different size from the one ordered is an order error—not a customer sizing mistake.

We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed issue, subject to your applicable legal rights. Contact Flowstate Apparel for assistance; you do not need a Printful account.

We do not charge a restocking fee for a confirmed covered fault. A final-sale designation does not exclude a confirmed damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly supplied item from this claims process or limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Before returning an item

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate instructions and return address, if a return is necessary. Our business contact address is not an automatic returns address. We will not charge you for a return we require to resolve a confirmed damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly supplied item. This process does not limit statutory return rights.

Missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived, contact us promptly and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate. If tracking shows delivery, check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and carrier, and let us know what you find. A tracking scan is not, by itself, a promise of a replacement or refund; we will assess the circumstances and applicable rights.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable EU or UK distance-selling rules provide a 14-day withdrawal right, that right remains available, subject to lawful exceptions. We do not assume an item is exempt solely because it is printed after ordering. Contact us to exercise an applicable right; the 30-day reporting windows above do not shorten statutory rights or deadlines.
